powerpoint: image editing

in the company i work for, other than the usual programs that come with the windows system, these are the ones installed: ms office, sap and lotus notes. if you need to edit an image, you will normally be told to use good old paintbrush. maybe i just don't know yet the tricks to using that program, but when i need to quickly edit an image, i normally use powerpoint.
i need to figure out how to put collapsible sections in a blog post
